Share your event dates, location, and how many boards you need — by phone, email, or our request form. We'll send an itemized quote within 24 hours.
Review and confirm
Look over the quote and our standard rental agreement. Once you're ready, sign and return — your boards are reserved.
We deliver and pick up
Rolling whiteboards arrive at your venue ready to use — each one comes with markers, a magnetic eraser, magnets, and marker trays. When your event is over, we pick everything up.
